Paladon: The shading, contrast and reflection of light is ok. But please add something like a glow, and/or make it smaller and longer. You could additionally add a gravure.
Acceptable, but i still recommend you to fix the things mentioned above.

If you compare this to your other icons, i think this may be the worst.

But its pretty unfair to compare with such awesome icons.
