Well, since this is first (second) time I ever upload here and my first icon, I don't really get the question. You mean I need to post a picture of what I based this icon on or a icon where my work is still in progress? And if so, why?

No, you need to delete it, cause you have not made it yourself? It has to be 50% freehand, read the god damn rules.
