This is actually Really good, the only thing is that if it were 6inch by 6inch, the quality would be Perfect when you re-size it.

The quality shouldn't matter since it may looks better in-game. You really just need to fix the facial features and touch up some of the shading.

Needs more shading.
And a eye isn't that long. A eye doesn't reach the nose like that.
Also the part of the eye to the left shouldn't be like that.
for an example, you can look at this picture while you draw, to get it right.

Needs more shading around the eye. Looks kinda flat as of now.

Face proportions are messed up a lot. look where is eye and where is nose...
Eyebrow is too small.

still more shading needed though. Maybe rotate the eyebrow alittle, so he looks more angry?
