Hawkwing: I think it needs more definition and contrast. It also seems a bit messy. But it's good enough.

Negative part:
->Same to the angle^^
->And the keeper has a flat face, uuh. I know, its the skin/model but some wc icons are even not exactly what they stand for.
Positive part:
->Overall very nice design and a good taking over of colours.
->Ive known how the skin looks like before i even saw him.
Ergo: Your icon absolutely represents the UD-keeper.

Usually when I make matching icons, I take some icon from mpq and then fully edit it (at size of 256x256) so I took icon from Keeper of The Grove and edited it! It's the same for Sub Zero, I took icon from Demon Hunter and then edited it

Thats why i never use a keeper of the grove or the demon hunter xD
horrible ingame angles^^
The ghostly keeper of the grove is muuuuuch better.
