Hawkwing: The bouncing beam is a bit much, if you ask me. I'd like to see some sort of deteriorating/dissipating blast over the front of the shield instead. It may not be as practical, but I'd bet it will look better.

Meh, it's a bit.. lacking. really, the effect should be a bigger part of the picture IMO, or something..
Can't exactly tell what's bothering me but it just seems.. .. like a WIP or something

maybe some sort of an effect from the blue missile hitting the shield could be added.
also is too similar to the one blizzard already has made.

I'd like to see some more "effects" around the beam, like a little bit of sparkling arcane magic here and there, like .. making it more "WOW"

Improvable Things

1) You could make the shield break a bit or something.
2) Make the shield more colorfull.
3) Improve the special effects arround with a thicker brush

You don't have to change the Improvable things, but it would be better.
