The contraption thing is called screaming bell or something, but there are smaller ones carried by just normal skaven

I really dont like the skaven triangle symbol on it, it looks like they tacked soem sausages to it. but obviously its very well made.
Edit - Also, there are other 'bells' the skaven use, and some of them go one devices, some not.
