What the... light on blood is so nice. Make more those lights on spiral, because now it is not orb, but coin or candy without stick.

Use gaussian blur on the middle, then redefine it with smudge tool...It will look better...Also, didn't you follow circles?

looks more like a talisman - you need to make the high lights and shadows close to the middle of it - that will make the talisman look more like a ball than a circle

Look, i know that you took that blood from something and i also know that that orb is just recolored Orb of Fire. If you take a closer look at the big image, you will see that the blood is ,,cutted'' from something. Just informing you

disregarding the stealing accusation, i would reccomend to add the proper shading of a sphere to the orb. its looks plain right now.
