I like it very much, Good job. I don't swear on that, but honestly, that orc looks like CnP; if it is not, then I'm an idiot and you have great skills
Oh, I suggest you changed the background, it looks like a "Shout" effect, which has nothing to do with the icon's concept. Plus, compared with the detailed orc, the blood effect in the back seems as if it was made in rush.

Head looks too small for whole icon. Headwear hair blends with horn also.
Blood at big image looks like was made at haste. nice image anyways, but too bad

Thats much different than the icon, that orc has pupils, this has white eyes.
