Geez, you should practice more at texturing, this is just a paint, try to make the orc more green and better eyes, also try to make the icon see his face.

ok, well i am new at skinning and icons, so its your choice to download it or not,
still i am pratice, and i think i shouldnt make more icons, because i think i should update all 3 icons that i have made so its looks much better. And thx for the comments

It's a really low shaded and detailed orc face, from the side. You can sort of make out the eyes and mouth.

There's more facial detail, sort of. But why is it brown in the back now? It it under a cloak or something...?

You should take a 1 pixel brush and shade the entire face. It is all one color make it like, a shit load of different shades of that color. Like, under the nose make it darker due to the shadow. Stuff like that will make it good, also a background would be cool, he's staring into whiteness. Alot of work but if you make this icon look good you'll find that your future icons will look good as well.
