mmm i think it just fits the skin

But to make it better, try making a little not image, mm how do i say... use the base of the face of the icon and try doing it again with the same image, but like cartoon or something. Or you can add some effects like some thing out of the eyes and a good Background

this looks like its taking right from the game and pasted with red background, maybe you could blur it a bit, and like the d3ath said make it more cartoon-some. Try taking his face in the front or something.

I would say too put more freehand into this, although you made a nice skin which doesn't mean you can take original Warcraft version and just add gray too his face :/

Looks like a screenshot of the old priest with a desaturated face. NEeds shading and maybe some glowy featured. It's more undead than old.
