enjoy: You need to put the model as fitting resource. Go to the model, and get the thread ID. The ID is the last 6 numbers, in the link to the model, so that would be 235091.
Then, you go to the icon (you can only choose one as corresponding resource), and you press the "update" button. Find where it says "Fitting Model", and paste the model ID into that, and update.
The model will be previewed and linked in the icons description.
Other than that, the icon is bad. It is really hard to make out what it is. The other icon is better, but you will need to prove that you made it. If they are both screenshot icons, you deside which one you want for the model, cause you are only allowed screenshot icons if they fit a resource, and only 1 icon per resource.

enjoy: The icon is not good. You can't see the hero probably. Zoom on the hero, probably only take the face and neck.
