Comment: The "things" above and below the head are undefineable. The face itself looks okay, but i'd like to see something like a weak, maybe purple, filling out a part of the black area in front of the forehead to avoid confusions concerning the hair.

Quite good, but the color scheme is a bit simple. You should add something between the face and the...uhm...hat(?) despite that, I think it's of approvable quality (3/5)
