The background seems to be mad, but the creature seems to be just "chilling" make him seem in a frenzy mood.

I tried to rework the icon the best I can.
But I am a beginner and still have to learn some things.

I think it would be better if the blue was replaced with red/orange. or some sinister color. The blue just doesn't seem to go well with it, in my opinion
