He doesn't have to. This is so simple. Clouds filter, rasterized layer, erased the bottom part of the circle and a bit of dodge tool in the edges. Useful, yes, but too simple.

Yes, but a day ago he had uploaded 6 icons that were clearly CNP. But this is quite simple yet useful at best.

Well... i can personally create something like this in less than 1 min.
There is also alot of other MoonIcons at hive that is so much better than this one.
It's too simple. -
