Nice work but it could really use some more highlights on forehead, cheeks, chin, hair. Mostly on hair because it looks like itćs wearing a hood.

I think I might draw her again from scratch and just make a human face first, then "texture it" afterwards, as I messed up proportions a little, and highlights are slightly off. I painted the red and black pattern first and then sort of shaped a face with shadows and highlight, which didn't work out as well as I had expected.

She looks wrong. Highlight won't fix proportions. Besides, redrawing it is like an hour work anyway.

As the other might've already stated, it lacks highlights and the face's propotions is a bit weird. It is quite dark as well (the skin is rather black/dark I know, but the icon looks too black).
