Well the liquid inside is just red color... no shading, this looks pretty ugly now, actually.
At the current state the icon will definetly get rejected, but shading it to look more realistic might save the situation.

it's alright i think... you should move the potion more on the middle, use some shading and colour variety. some kind of bg wouldn't hurt either x) U got lotsa to improve! gl

Its rather plain and flat.. simple yet nice.. but not enough.. shading and better detail and focus will be loved.. at this moment, its hard to see the glass it self.. but other than that, its quiet promising
