More like "plank rain". Anyways, looks blurry. And the borders seem to be wrong...

Yeah, the borders looked wrong for me to, but im only started, and that is the only border template that i have /;

Looks more like a wood plank with nails in it, make it look more of a meteor.

The only things i might add to the things said above:
1. Why not using Button Manager? It has the right borders and a good resizing algorithm.
2. The Background looks very simple.
