Well, this is pure mistake on me. If you have any doubts, you can simply reject it. I would not waste my time proving that I did not have any reference except the one I've shown.Tho, your sword seems to have extremely similar shape as this one.

The texture is completely different even had he "traced the shape", it's safe to say it passes the 50% freehand rule.
