I think the hand blends too much with the background, and I think it should look better if it was a simple human hand, with no glove on.

@Debode: Yeah I tried different colours, but none really fit with this kind of purple (except maybe dark red). Maybe I will use a human hand in another icon, but I chose this one because its more malevolent.

Well, then please, do make it dark red\royal red; at the moment it blends so much with the background it actually took me like 10 seconds to understand it's a hand.
