Atleast thats my opinion..
No hard effort has been put in this,
it's not detailed in any way, and doesn't look like a spell at all.. it's just a blue line with some light on.

Dude, it's not like you put any effort in this..
The reason people wonder how this got accepted is because,
people who put alot of work into their icons and doesn't get approved usually has to keep trying & update it and make it look even better.
While yours.. well... it's just a blue line with a glow.
