Looks nice! But it could definitely use a borderless icon, for passive spells.
Right now this icon has a great usage for items¹, but it could be used for auras of some sort with said borderless version².
Edit: Wildifire added a cool bordeless version.

¹ [Royal Guard's Golden Lapel] - Increases attack speed by X% - "A golden lapel, given by the High King of the Alliance to those who showed great honor in combat".
² [The Kingdom of Azeroth's Oath of Corage] - After being killed in combat, the target is ressurected with Y hit points. Can only occour every Z seconds. - "Also know as Stormwind, the Kingdom of Azeroth was the first human reign to wage war against the Orcs".
