It looks good, but the chain blends with the lightning. So I had to search to find the chains first... But it looks good.

do something about the chain, its hard to see cuz of the lightning, other than that its really good

Make the wooden handle larger so we can see it, also i would remove some lightning in order too have the viewer see the "Flail" part of the icon, because everything just blends into the BG. The chains could use some work also, they don't look like they are strong enough to hold a giant spiked ball, make them seem stronger.

Yeah, it would help your icon removing a few lightning. It will make it blend less.

i'm kidding man, there's no way of making a flail attachment. The flail anims must be in synch with the model attack anim.

not really, it could be static. When the unit would attack it would look like the flail is moving, while it's not.

Think about gravity and physic laws. See some movie scene with flails (gladiator for example).
We have lots of attachments and we don't have a flail, that proves what i'm saying =p

umm can you stop plastering every icon you make with lightning? ive said this time and time again, your lightnings are too vivid and all i really see is lightning with an extra object on side.
