Lewl... This needs serious work, I can't even go into detail on how much work it needs because I'm not an artist.
But you need make the lightning larger and more defined, cover most of the background with it. And then start from scratch on the shoulder pad, or in my opinion, you should do something other than a shoulder because it alone doesn't represent a suit of armor very well.
