Leech Hood
a living hood made from human skin and a jaw of a giant leech
~
an item found on all leechmancers.
before becoming a full fledged leechmancer, an apprentice leechmancer must lure a giant leech, commonly found in the Black Marshes.
for this ritual, the apprentice will flay his/her own skin and stand in the water still bleeding. then the apprentice must fight off minor leeches until enough blood has been spilt to attract a giant leech.
the giant leech is fought then slain, its jaw cut out and fused with the apprentice's freshly flayed skin. this living, breathing abomination is then proudly worn on the new leechmancer as a sign of his independence.
this item enhances the leechmancer's ability to see blood scents of other beings

Yeah dentothot i'm pretty sure they are teeth. So they SHOULD come out of the hood. Unless you're talking about something else...
