I3lackDeath: This looks like a judge's hammer to me, has potential. Though the main shape is fine, it lacks shading and proper highlights.

I'm assuming by hammer you mean a gavel?

Also I think it's interesting to note that Gavels are actually extremely rare to be used by judges - American judges only really have them for the rare occasions that they actually use them. They're primarily used (and almost exclusively used) by Autioneers. Films portray the contrary, but every time they do, do that, they're making their film less accurate

I like the idea... unique I would say. Though I think that it is too round-shaped and I really think that those colors are awful. Now it looks plastic but actually I think they are made from oak because courtroom are such a eminent place. So I would make it look more wood ( suggest oak )
