I like the background... it makes the staff stand-out more!

Here's my opinion about the staff:
Half of the time I look at it, it looks like an inferno staff. The other half of the time I look at it, it looks like a thin burning hand.

about your icon - i would love to see advanced shape of "fingers" and less regular fire colors.

as person who post more than 400 icons i can say - it is not question. Reason is that icon moderator NEVER work so fast and quick to approve stuff in same moment you post it. They moderate stuff not often than once-twice a month.

Hmm, I see..... I think they should get more active because if it takes one month for them to review again, the icon section will be full of Pending stuffs.

Well, I guess that "Accept icon" is a second for them, so they just put on a list of all pending icons and reject or approve them. I think it works this way.

and what is the problem with pending stuff? Black Death don't give moderator's rating, so, there is nothing special if your icon is approved or still pending.

actually yes. For more badass looking i recommend you add some thorns on the crosses between main fangs and ring that loops em.
