most probably you used icon from here and just enlarged it...
I don't think you made this in photoshop, it totally looks like the one in the link and I can see that this is enlarged from it, so that counts as CnP (copy and paste) and it won't get approved...

Then i have a question... If you print your screen while playing WoW and after thatcuting Out some palce and making it an ico is that cnp too

Lol, CnP stands for Copy and Paste. If you take a screenshot and cut out a part of it, you still copy and paste it.
