This is suppose to be meant as some hypnotize icon. I found a cool feature called Iwrap under filters in Gimp, so I used it to create that swirly background. Then I added lightning, changed lines, added lines etc. So it's still alot of freehand.
Give credits if used, don't edit etc. Tell me if you like it or what should be improved

I use that Hypnotize is a balance-wheel oriented icons (you know, multicolored thing with a thread that bob left-right-left-right).
So your icon looks like a dark-version i guess ^_^
