Even for a corresponding resource, this is lacking. The model may be sufficient, but as I said, it doesn't look like a sausage at all, and the steam is poorly executed.
You will have to tweak this in order to get it approved.

Try to use reference images and add what you see to make this look like an actual sausage. That's what most people usually do when they can't get something to look right.
