Looks ok, but the shading on the hook itself is a bit messy. Also, the hole thing at the bottom right of the hook, i would maybe put some rope through that just so its connected with something instead of just sitting there.

i disagree with other comments and think is a well-made icon and i personally wouldnt like it edited much. it gives variation to existing icons.
