This reminds me a bit of the Nazgûl.

This reminds me from the hollow thief from Dark Souls. Put red eyes on it and this would be perfect. But no purple. Cool idea nonetheless.

Nazgul indeed. Maybe add some glowing eyes to it and a more brighter aura? hmm..
