enjoy: Now, I dunno if you have provided WIP? But I also think you need to define those "scales" that are supposed to be on the neck. As said, he is still way too dark. Much more highlights is required. Overall, it should be more defined, and maybe some stronger shading some places. Rejected untill updated.

Make a background lighter (like gray) and put on some highlights, else I like the icon a lot

I don't see any highlights :/ Don't be afraid, take white brush with opacity ~30 and make some highlights at the spots that would reflect light. Or use burn tool.

Also make a soft white or light gray "outline" around the icon content.

also, it is way too dark right now. think about it. this icon is most likely shown on the UI which is very dark in colour. if it is as dark as it is currently, it wont stand out
