i like your art style, very very reminiscent of modern blizzard artwork; soft shading combined with visible brushstrokes, a penchant for exaggerated edge lighting, and the occasional sneaky blue rim/back lights. art-style gushing aside, here's some feedback.

the stone head itself is very well drawn and shaded. the handle needs more shadows, and the angle of it makes it appear like it doesn't conform to the same perspective as the head. additionally, it seems too small to realistically support such a (relatively) big stone. call it exaggeration or artistic license, but viewers will see it as disproportion. there's a couple of weird rim lights in the centre that feel out of place too, but they're minor and basically invisible in 64x64.
your icons in general would definitely benefit from higher contrast to better suit wc3.
