Yellow background is killing the entire icon, and the fur could heavily benefit from some extra color variations, shadows and fur texture. Make the eyes slightly bigger, too.

Not really what I had in mind doing it... Actually found a cuddly little round fox in a store (you know, a stuffed animal) and it looked so cute so I just had to try n paint it ;D
