enjoy: Needs alot more definition. Definitely needs more contrast on areas like around the eyes, the eyes themselves, the mouth, and the cheeks on the face. The highlights do seem a bit rough, and oddly done as well. Contrast on the tusks, along with shading, as well. Rejected until updated.

OMG! resizing can wrack your icon quite well

Looks blurry and strangely highlighted. Someone who doenst know its an orc couls think of these strange wrinkles behind the tusks as a second pair of tusks. The jaw shape reminds me of a naga mymirdon. You should move the upper lip into sight and blend the beard a bit more with the face. The tusks could need a bit shading too.
To summarise: Its a good idea, but needs more definition.

Please set a blue background and as said before, it's blurry. Do that and it will look great.
