Well, this is obviously just a recolor of the Grom Hellscream icon, but had his model been accepted, this might've as well (that of course depends on how well it fitted the model), but now that the model is rejected, I see no reason why this shouldn't.

Well, this one looks like a simple recolor, and recolors are not accepted according to the rules... so yea, this one cannot be accepted.
