I'm also a beginner in icon making.But I try to draw on my own,this is just rotating and recoloring.You must draw at least %50 of it.

Can you give me a link of the "Photoshop" download image editing tool? Cause I tried to draw in paint but I'm bad in drawing.

We once offered people the opportunity to make use of a new rule regarding recolours, but they showed inability to use it properly. The rule was withdrawn.
