The blood in it is rather unrealistic and since it takes the biggest part of the icon, you should pull some sort of color variation/details on it.

OMG no! I forgot to turn the image back after i merged all the layers for resizing (after adding the darkness for DISBTN) and then i saved it and closed PS. Is there a way to get the layers back?

If not then zombie if you dont think this icon is good enough reject it and i will start over i guess :{
