I was in the middle of making an insanity icon for a gnoll (was a suggestion/request)... but then I got in the middle of "this", and this is what was concluded

Somewhere in the process of making the icon, the eyes got lost.
Left one has an orange smudge next to it, and next to right one, there are two smudgy highlights that don't belong there.
A part of the right ear seems to be missing, and the leftest tooth has a lot sharper shadows than others.
Excluding these, this will find it's use in custom maps, quite original idea.
