enjoy: In the description, you write; "-Made the skull slightly purple"
What skull are you talking about? I don't see it, is it in the smoke?
The thumb is too short. I think you should use some pictures for reference to your drawing.
The purple outline makes the whole thing blend a bit together, so you should instead use highlights and shading to define your drawing.
Instead of the purple outline, use a purple shading. You can find lots of tutorials on deviant art. Here is an example

You just need work harder the highlights.

What would you suggest? A clearer highlighting of the fingers, as in making the the outlines brighter?

Hmm. All thing I've to say is:
-It does not looked like glove. I think you updated it. B4 you update the name was FistofDarkness.
-And light between fingers almost looks like mana. I suggest to add OoD like effect around it
-And rays look like you have received damage from another. Not look like you damage others. To improve this. Try making ray damage human in shadow(Will u understand?)

-Nope, this icon has not been updated. I just renamed the files.
-It depends on the eyes of the viewer I think. In my mind it's more like "soul energy" or something (you can argue mana is soul energy as well but nvm).
-The ray could also be energy being drawn to the glove. As if the glove sucks the soul out of something. It all depends on how you see it.
I'm not saying you are wrong, just that I see the effect differently

Unlike your other glove icons, here neither the glove, nor the aura stands out and the whole icon kinda looks plain and monotone. I suggest you either darken the glove or brighten the aura (why not both actually?). Another thing you can do is to recolor the glove to give it a little bit blue-ish hue, so it doesn't merge with the glow.
Also in comparison to the other gloves' backgrounds this one kinda seems simple. Maybe adding some spectral skulls around would help you with that, maybe even define it more as a darkness glove, not a mana one, like stated in previous comments.

I will try to incorporate a skull in the glow/ray/energy, and also do something about the glove itself.
However I would really like to keep the foggyness surrounding the glove itself.
