This one should definitely have more types of icons upgrade definitely being one of them. It could also use some more details like shading some cuts in the steel to make it seem worn out or something along that line. As this is a punch scythe this is obviously not meant as a tool but as a weapon as a scythe with short handle loses its efficiency to cut down grain. Therefor you could also go with a little blood on the blade.
