Stupid conversion, it has a very high sharpness in PS and .tga, but fails in .blp :/ even at 99% quality of compression.

What lies, just right-click the picture and "Show picture" hive sligthly reduces the size and with it blurs the image a bit.

You may NOT edit/alter this picture in any way, hence it would be very unecessary to convert into another file format, (jpg or bmp). The only way in which you may use this is in a custom wc3 map!
