I think it would look better if you'd put black at the edges, where's white. or at least include some darker colors. Blizzard icons don't look that white.

Its very good for a frozen skeleton summoning icon.

It's more like: FREEZE! (Suddenly the target finds himself in the same predicament as myself. Frozen in an ice block. But without the fire)
And yeah, a little more black to the edges would perfect it. Nevertheless, its great for spells that laves the target feeling more than a little cold and completely immobile. This isn't reminiscent of frost nova though.

this looks more like a Resurection spell or even Frozen armor
