If you would ever recreate it, then the head should be in an other angle, all of the hands should somewhat be conected with the lightning, and the "lightning-corner" not just a straight line, but more random sparks

Maybe there's something wrong with my brain, but I can't figure out this icon. It's well drawn, but I can't understand what's going on. I see the lightning that comes out of a hand, but I also see three other hands? And possibly a head or a pauldron?
