The background shouldn't have the same opacity as the water inside the bottle. Lessen it's opacity, otherwise one can't see that the bottle's actually filled.
The bottle needs a lot of work. I would suggest to make it more simple. It doesn't need to look like some kind of diamond. Just go for the good old round shape. Also, you shouldn't put that much white everywhere on the bottle. A simple way to make an effective potion is to make the outline of the bottle (where the light is hitting the bottle) white and make the outline under the color of the rainbow (where the liquid is) with the color of the liquide a bit more bright.. Also, make a very opaque white where the light hits the bottle..

You also need to add perspective to the liquid, On the example i gave you, you can clearly see the top of the liquid in Blue.
