hello. since i cannot remove rating, because i have no idea why, i suggest you do not downrate without proper reason.
cos downrating without reason really pisses me off.
and i tend to be very liberal with my negreps and bans.
You also do not downrate because you THINK it is CnP. if you think it is CnP, you say it, then we discuss it then we get a conclusion.
