I3lackDeath: Useful, but stop using simple gradients aswell as masses of smuges. DRAW your icons properly! No filters etc.

It's a nice and interesting icon

	The arrow (with the background) can be rotated a little bit to the right
	The fire on the arrow head, can be less displaying width while keeping the beamy effect

Doesn't look like an arrow at all, looks more like a incinerated branch.
Needs more definition, it's a bit blurry and the fire doesn't seem ''fiery'' enough.
The old version was quite better in my opinion.
