GhostThruster: too simple, and looks neither fiery nor like a wave. try to use more colours (maybe some reds/oranges, since you know, it's supposed to be made of fire) and like i said on your other icon, the thick white lines do this icon a disservice. it doesn't look like flames right now, more like a weird horseshoe halo.

Definitely wouldn't call it a fire wave. Would go with ring. Fire does not have an exact shape, make it more chaotic while still retaining the same elements.

Well,the effect is cool,but u can work more on the edges and add some details imo.

Heat Wave probably? It doesn't really look like a fire but I can kinda see how that resembles wave. Though ring fits the job more than wave. I'll just consider it a wave that ripples out of the caster, forming a shape of ring.
