This was originally intended to be a female version of the wormskull from diablo ii. but since it does not really look female (you know it's just a skull 
) i named it maggotskull
i guess this can be useful for any diablo map

Update: Tried to improve the shadering and the hair. I think I made it worse...
Another Update: I fixed the hair a bit, but it's hard to make the thin dead hair look good
Final Update: Tried everything... no chance for me to get the hair better
Final Final Update: ...restored hair of the first version with shading of the latest one

Make the highlights go all the way to white and add some definition for example where the hair starts and forehead ends.

You shouldn't have changed the hair. Only the skull required more shading. Restore the old one and try to reproduce the changes made on the skull.
