I really didn't knew what it was untill I saw the name 
But now I realize it's a murloc's eye, btw, is this all freehand, Or you just CnP from some murloc and just took the eye?

half in half i get a picture & i basicly modified from copynpaste the picture used was the only 1 i could find of eyeso i took the eye and made the design around it so pretty much i cannot do the lighting of things so if it was completely handmade by me the eye would look much worst the rest would look about the same
